Unsolicited Communication and Data Protection Notice
This notice sets out our policy regarding unsolicited communications and compliance with applicable data protection and electronic communications laws within the European Union and the Kingdom of Denmark.
Scope and Legal Basis
We receive a substantial and increasing number of unsolicited emails and messages from private individuals and commercial entities offering various services, products, or business proposals. Such contact is strictly regulated under European and Danish law.
In accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Directive (EU) 2016/680 – Law Enforcement Directive (LED)
- Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 – Data Protection Regulation for EU Institutions (EUDPR)
- Directive 2002/58/EC – Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive (the ePrivacy Directive)
and corresponding provisions of Danish national law, including the Data Protection Act (Databeskyttelsesloven) and the Marketing Practices Act (Markedsføringsloven), unsolicited commercial communication requires the prior written consent of the recipient.
Policy on Unsolicited Communication
We do not accept, consider, or respond to unsolicited business proposals, offers, or service inquiries received via email, online forms, or other electronic means.
No business relationships, contractual discussions, or partnerships are initiated or entered into on the basis of such communication. All unsolicited correspondence of this nature will be deleted without response.
We further do not accept order confirmations, invoices, or other transactional documents via our website. Such documents will only be accepted via secure, designated email channels provided exclusively to established partners.
Only messages bearing an authorised verification code will be processed by our internal systems. This measure serves to prevent spam, phishing, and unauthorised contact, while establishing a documented and legally compliant communication procedure.
Enforcement and Reporting
We are aware that certain unsolicited communications are generated through automated systems or bulk email services. Any breach of the aforementioned legal provisions may be reported to the relevant Danish and European authorities, including:
- Datatilsynet (The Danish Data Protection Authority) – www.datatilsynet.dk
- Politiets Nationale Enhed for Særlig Kriminalitet (NSK) – www.politi.dk
We reserve all legal rights to pursue enforcement, report violations, and request technical or judicial measures to restrict or block unlawful communication.
Reservation of Rights
This notice serves as formal publication of our communication policy. By contacting us through unauthorised channels, you acknowledge that such communication is not consented to and may be retained solely for evidential purposes in accordance with applicable law.
