As part of our initial conversations, I may present a selection of thoughts, frameworks, and preliminary ideas intended to illustrate potential directions we could explore together. These early-stage insights are provided solely for discussion and orientation purposes.

Until we have established a formal collaboration—either through a paid consultancy agreement or employment within your organisation—any concepts, models, or strategies shared remain the intellectual property of the adviser. They are not to be implemented, distributed, or further developed without explicit written consent or the establishment of a working agreement.

This approach ensures that any contribution made during the early phase of our dialogue is respected, and it safeguards both parties as we determine the most effective way to move forward—whether through consultancy or internal engagement.

Once a formal arrangement is in place, we will jointly define a process, shape a tailored plan, and develop content that is fully aligned with your organisation’s needs and context.
