Danish Law

All work and any disputes arising from the collaboration shall be governed by Danish law. In the event of a disagreement that cannot be resolved through mutual dialogue and negotiation, the parties shall make reasonable efforts to reach an amicable resolution. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute can be subject to legal proceedings. Any such proceedings must be brought before the Court of Copenhagen, Denmark, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Any legal proceedings cannot be transferred to another jurisdiction or country.
